The Museum of the Country Civilization, founded in 1968 by professor Dino Bianco
and today reopened to the public with a new preparation, it is situated in
the splendid rooms of the Castle Caracciolo.
It rediscovers and it recovers, through the material and expressive culture,
the civil, moral, cultural and scientific values of the country civilization,
and it is particularly careful to the didactic aspect as vocation strongly
wanted by his founder.
We inform the visitors that the Museum is temporarily closed
since June 16th 2009 because of re-mounting works. We are sorry for the uneasyness.
Free for kids under 6 years old, teachers, disabled persons
and their companions.
Reduced price for children from 6 to 18 years old, adults
over 65, students and parties of 15 visitors or more: €
2.00.
Full price for adults from 18 to 65 years old:
€ 3.00.
Museum guide service for single visitors, school children and groups:
from 1 to 20 units € 25.00 (resolution of Town Council no. 18 of the 15th January 2009).
