"[…] The Museum should represent a moment of reflection
for a society that is losing the taste of genuine values for the
dangerous civilization of the machines, that doesn't know breaks.
Problem of civilization: is that of the cars or that farmer, livable
a civilization of great importance?
The Museum of the Country Civilization, in such sense, it
is as a microphone, as a bell, it speaks, it makes to know and
to think: "Which choice we have to do?"
It is necessary to combine the two civilizations to take the best
from both. Apulia or the Southern Italy, won't owe neither to
deny the past, neither to deny the present, and, to build its
future, will have to take advantage of its origins and of its
country vocation: the Pugliese society in the future, freed by
the ignorance and owner of the technical means, it will still
draw from the earth the reason for her existence. […] "
